Light City Carshare is an electric vehicle sharing system, bringing new, clean, connected transportation options to Buffalo, starting on the East Side.
1– Download ZEV APP: Register for the app and look for the “Light City Carshare” Community. Upload your license to complete your profile.
2- ORIENTATION: If approved, you will be contacted to complete a 15-20 minute orientation via phone or video.
3- RESERVE: Reserve Light City vehicle in advance on the ZEV mobile app or website.
4- PICK UP: Open the ZEV co-op app, unlock the vehicle, unplug from the charging station and begin your trip!
5- DRIVE: You can lock and unlock the vehicle with your smartphone or smartcard throughout your trip. Drive carefully and enjoy the drive!
6 – RETURN & PLUG IN TO CHARGE: Return the car to the station where you began your journey. Use the charge card to swipe at the charging station and then plug the car into Gather all the documents and materials needed for the meeting. Ensure you have your notes, presentation slides, and any handouts prepared and ready to go.
